How quickly can I move in?
In most cases, we can have you checked in within 24–48 hours of confirming your booking. For same-day requests, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll do our best.
What's included in the price?
All utilities (DEWA), high-speed WiFi, cooling (chiller where applicable), and weekly cleaning are included. Some premium properties also include valet, concierge, and additional services — these are listed on each property page.
What is the minimum stay?
Our minimum stay is 1 night, but we cater primarily to stays of 1 week or longer. Monthly rentals are available at a discounted rate. For stays over 3 months, please contact us directly for custom pricing.
Do I need a visa or residency to book?
No. We welcome tourists, business travelers, and new residents. A valid passport and a refundable security deposit are all that's required. For stays over 30 days, we may request a copy of your visa or entry stamp.
How does the security deposit work?
A fully refundable security deposit (typically one week's rent) is collected at check-in. This is returned within 5 business days of check-out, subject to a property inspection. We have a transparent damage policy — no hidden deductions.
Can I extend my stay?
Absolutely. Contact us at least 48 hours before your checkout date and we'll do our best to extend your stay in the same unit. If that's not possible, we'll move you to an equivalent or upgraded property at no extra charge.
